The manor was probably established in the 16th century and first belonged to the von Taube family but as of 1726 it belonged to the to von Stackelbergs. A two-storey Baroque-style main building was built in the end of the 18th century. After the fire of 1905 the high hip-side roof was replaced by a flat one. There is a shop and some apartments in the main building. By the historical distribution the manor was in Harju-Jaani Parish in Harjumaa County. By the present administrative distribution it belongs to the Jõelähtme Municipality in Harjumaa County.
