Private residence.
"The 1960s house known as Packsaddle at Fillongley in Warwickshire conceals deep roots on this historic site.
Its predecessor, the 16th century Packsaddle Hall, was demolished in 1964 after the local authority declared it unfit for human habitation, blocking attempts to rescue it and renovate.
Photographs of the old property still exist and show a three storey sandstone building, thought to date to the 1500s.
Oliver Cromwell was reputed to have fired a cannon from the roof and there are reports of interesting finds in the grounds, including a sword and a pistol."
