Skibo Castle is located to the west of Dornoch in the Highland county of Sutherland, Scotland. There has been a castle at Skibo since 946 AD. Skibo castle stayed within the Carnegie family until 1982, when it was purchased by businessman Peter de Savary and used as a private members club, known as the Carnegie Club.
