Galeria Italiana (Wroclaw)

Built in 1999 by Italiana Costruzioni, it was designed in the style of traditional buildings similiar to the old city architecture.
"Galleria Italiana" has been erected at the historic road leading to the prison. It's 100 meters from the Market Square (Rynek) and from the University of Wrocław. Originally built, for commercial purposes, now turned into multi-center, integral part of the prestigious residential building, the area 3,150 sq m, divided into two floors.
Ground floor of the area 1500 sq m contains 15 premises intended for restaurants and services. The premises have large windows viewing the street, independent entry and are linked with others by internally large elegant passage for customers, designed as a restaurant garden.
The first floor was redesinged as an exclusive office center, monitored 24 hours a day, with independent entrances, lift and portiere. The size of the offices varies from 36 sq m to 165 sq m and can be freely modified depending on the requirements.
