The estate was first mentioned in 1569. The main owners were the von Dahls, von Freys and von zur Mühlens. The one-storey stone-made Baroque main building originates from the beginning of the 18th century or the 17th century (it was slightly altered in the 19th century).
By the historical distribution the manor was in Keila Parish in Harjumaa County. By the present administrative distribution it belongs to the Saku Municipality in Harjumaa County.
