Municipality in the province of Sancti Spiritus, located in the eastern portion of it, in the 21 ° 56 'north latitude and 79 ° 10' west longitude. LIMITS: North, the city of Ciego de Avila Yaguajay and, to the East, Ciego de Avila, on the south, the municipality of La Sierpe, to the west, the towns of Taguasco, Sancti Spiritus and La Sierpe.
