88.58 kilometer, 2-lane expressway from Tarlac City, Tarlac to Rosario, La Union(Phase I)

Bidding was conducted November 20, 2007
Notice of Award (NOA), was issued February 15, 2008
NOA was accepted by PIDC February 19, 2008
Notice to Proceed (NTP) to construct Section I were issued to contractors corresponding to sections with available Right-of-Way on the following dates: July 26, 2010, November 30, 2010, January 13 & 24, 2011
Six (6) contractors were awarded construction contract and mobilized at project site. Five (5) contractors have on-going embankment works from selected borrow while one (1) contractor is undertaking clearing and grubbing, verification survey of the horizontal & vertical control points and sampling/ testing of embankment materials. 2010
Overall Actual Accomplishment of Section I is 67.02% March 27, 2012
