A bascule bridge across Victoria harbour, built in 1924.
It has a single-track rail span and a three-lane road span
The road span has steel mesh decking - bicyclists should ride mid-lane.

Now in the process of being demolished and replaced.

  • why is this called the Johnson St Bridge when in fact it's Pandora street that runs across the bridge?
  • Well the Johnson Street also runs across it but the main reason is likely that Pandora didn't run across it at all back before they changed a lot of the roads into 1 way.
