Mardon Hall - the oldest residence, built in 1933, with many original features such as the wood-panelled library (used as a study room) and grand staircase still intact. Mardon Hall stands in an elevated position with wonderful views over the Exe Valley. It is close to the centre of campus and our sports facilities. 48 single enhanced 29 twin enhanced.
