Cite Cila is a big building with 15 floor built around the 50's by the French .The building contains eight compartments with 32 apartments each.Like most of the buildings in Algeria,you can find up to two families within the same apartment, and assuming that each family has 5 to 8 memebers, so you can imagine how huge the population is....
