The Roman villa del Val includes archaeological remains of the Roman period as well as part of a cemetery from the Visigoth period (V-VII centuries AD.).
However, all the archaeological area of the town of Val and the surrounding subsoil contain the remains of the earliest burials, being an area inhabited since the Bronze Age, 5000 years ago.
