office building, place with historical importance
Architect Wallace Neff designed this building in 1929 and used the lower floor for his office. Mr. Neff built this structure with Frederick Ruppel, an engineer. Neff was forced to sell building in 1934 due to losses suffered from his factory-built house project. Factory-built and trucked to the site, it was certainly the most beautiful "mobile home" ever designed. Currently occupied by another architectural firm Moule & Polzoides.
