Madan Kamdev, Near North Guwahati, Assam
A temple and archaeological site on a hillock amidst dense forest known as the Khajuraho of Assam.Probably belongs to the 10th to 12th century A.D. when the Pala Dynasty ruled Kamrupa. There is a small museum having artifacts excavated from the site. On the back side of the hillock you can visit a biodiversity park too.
