  Last may 5, 2012 at past seven PM amidst heavy rains, being tired and hungry from a long trip from Pangasinan, we stopped at Chowking Shell of Asia to have dinner. Upon ordering at the counter despite the cashier's having repeated my order upon my insistence to do so in order to avoid mistake in serving my dine-in order, there was already a mistake in filling my ordered drinks. I ordered at 7:33 PM as reflected in my receipt. It was already past 8:00PM and all our five (5) companions have eaten except for myself and my son whose food have not been served yet. This is in spite of our 5 follow-ups for our order. Customers who have ordered later than us have been served the same food as ours, at least we thought so that they ordered the same food which we saw were served to them. It turned out that our orders have been served to those customers. This was confirmed by an old lady who kept on complaining that their orders have not been served yet, however her companions have eaten our ordered food. Before this happened, the crew served us the wrong food which we declined because it was not our order. It was really crazy! The cashiers, the crew and even the supervisor ware all confused on what they were doing. Angry customers were beginning to pile up because of late servicing, wrong orders served to them, etc. The old lady who kept on complaining to the supervisor on duty and who insisted that she be allowed to talk to the manager was declined of the request. I personally talked to the lady supervisor about their inefficiency and lapses but she totally ignored me. The time we were there was from 7:20 to 8:30 and I highly request the management to take action on this. They were so inefficient - the lady supervisor, the cashier who processed the orders at table #71 and some serving crew. I highly request the management to discipline their personnel regarding this matter.
