This was the Guadalajara's Bus Central Station until the 1980's, when the New one was builded in Tonala. Still on use, it's the station for bus routes inside Jalisco (to near towns fron Guadalajara like Tequila, Mazamitla, Chapala, Mascota, except Puerto Vallarta)
It was builded in a former baseball field, wich was builded in a cemetry...a long time ago. That's why the side street is called "Los Angeles" because the "Los Angeles Cemetry" at the beggining of 20th Century. Los Angeles and 5 de febrero streets are full of car parts commerce, you can find everything, since a 60's VW beetle bumper, to a¿the newest Jaguar, BMW and Mercedes Benz parts! You can buy a famous "Birote" bread here too.
