Simplicio Cruz Compound looks like it's part of Greenheights Executive Village because the roads by looking at it looks like they are connected but actually there are walls in between them. Strategically located in a commercial area beside Uniwide Sucat (Super 8 Supermarket) with a 20 Meters Wide Main Road (Main Street) fronting Puregold Sucat with 3 inner roads named 1st St., 2nd St. and 3rd St. which are all dead end. TESDA Parañaque can be found here at the end of the Main Road and a Day Care Center beside the Basketball Court. There are lots of Junk Shops around here.
