Amir Dost Mohammad Khan Jogezai fought against British army in 18 hundreds near Sanjawi along with his son Nawab Bangul Khan Jogezai and their loyal Pushtun fighters. Dost Mohammad Khan surely condemned the invasion of British empire from the start. After he retired to northern mountains towards Kakar- e- Khurasan at Tanishpha, his successor Bangul Khan Jogezai took up the challenge against Sir Robert Sandeman for claiming the valley of Zhob back. In the end the situation got neutralized when both of the parties agreed on mutual concerns and the enmity got faded.
