Busan International Finance Center is a 63-floor, 289m/948ft high skyscraper, completed in 2014, developed by Busan Metropolitan City Corporation as the catalyst for the city's economic growth. It is the third tallest building in Busan and the fourth tallest in South Korea. The building was designed to withstand a 7.0 magnitude earthquake.

There is a medium-size mall in an annex next to the tower.
