Ho Tung Gardens, also known by its Cantonese name 'Hiu Kok Yuen', is a villa on The Peak, Hong Kong built by Robert Hotung in 1927 and the name derived from the names of Ho Hiu-sang (alias Sir Robert Ho Tung) and his wife Cheung Lin-kok. During the Japanese occupation in World War Two, the villa had been requisitioned by the Japanese troops to be used as one of the offices. The site includes a gateway, a four-storey main building, a Chinese style garden with a bridge, a swimming pool, a five-storey pagoda and pavilions.
