Monument to M. Panikovsky (Kiev)

Panikovsky is a fiction character from the Ilf and Petrov's famous novel. Not much interesting other than nice sculptor's work, unless you have read the book and/or seen the movie based on it. If you take a mirror and look under his shoe, you can see a picture of a fist with a thumb sticking out (dulya in Russian).
