island, rocks, interesting place
The Faraglioni are three towering blocks of stone in the waters off the coast of Capri. Their average height is approximately 100 meters.
A unique species of lizard is native to the Faraglioni, and can be found nowhere else in the world.
Each of the rocks is named. From North to South, the rocks are:
-'Faraglioni di Terra' (or 'Stella')
-'Faraglioni di Mezzo'
-'Faraglioni di Fuori' (or 'Scopolo')
A fourth rock, which lies just east of the rest and is called Monacone, is sometimes included in the group.
