If E-Mart is Wal-Mart, think of Home Plus as Target. Slightly better selection of hard to find stuff (not much better or it would not be "hard to find") and a little better quality on some things. Worth a trip out to now and then just for something different than E-Mart. Mcdonalds, KFC, Korean fare, and really nice looking Korean Buffet on either the 3rd or 4th floor.
