Site where Lister Petter used to manufacture diesel engines. In March 2004, it was sold off to two companies. One was IIH who purchased all assets apart from the new X-series engines. They also retained the Lister-Petter name and continue to trade in Dursley. Deutz AG bought the X-series which they will continue to develop in Dursley. They have also granted a licence to Lister-Petter Ltd to produce the X-Series for their traditional markets.
The big change over the next year or so will be when Lister-Petter move into new buildings on the opposite end of the site to where they are now as part of the regeneration scheme
