It is the main Vipassana Meditation Centre in the UK.

This is one of two Vipassana Meditation Centres side by side. This unusual situation was created by taking some of the land of Dhamma Dipa, the main UK centre, to create a separate centre called Dhamma Padhana for all European centres and exclusively for long courses .
So, while it is unusual and the satellite imagery does not yet show the buildings of Dhamma Padhana, it does exist as a seperate entity.
