Vision & Mission:
A. Vision
1. To make New England College (NEC) a center of excellence in Secondary and Tertiary level education particularly in education, business management and information technology.
2. To make New England College a productive environment conducive to successful research and analysis concerning problems related to the offered programs.
3. To make New England College a caring and helpful institution vis-a-vis the community at large.

B. Mission
1. To produce highly competitive graduates in Secondary and Tertiary level programs, especially in education, business management, and information technology.
2. To establish and operate a research facility manned by skillful and competent staff, faculty members equipped with modern technology.
3. To produce nationalistic, humanistic, and values oriented graduates who will be internationally competitive and who also will be great contributors to national development.
4. To produce work oriented and outward looking graduates who will be able to compete and survive in a global situation.
