A statue of Richard Baxter, an English Puritan church leader, poet, hymn-writer, theologian, and controversialist. Unveiled 28 July 1875 and sculpted by Sir Thomas Brock, it was originally sited in the Bull Ring but moved to its present site, outside St Mary's parish church.
