The place that see in this map is called Ouled Frej city.It is an old city but it is marginalised and ignored.It was a better and a lovely city during the colonization era when it was mostly inhabited by French settlers.But look at it now, things are going down and peaple rae leaving Ouled Frej.No infrastructures are provided.It's time to change the governments policy towards Ouled Frej.
