Travel plaza on Interstate 64/77 (West Virginia Turnpike) at milepost 45 next to Tamarack Marketplace. Includes an Exxon gas station and Wendy's, Starbucks, Popeyes, Mountain State Market, and picnic area.

Originally a southbound plaza only, a new access road and interchange (exit 45) were built to provide access from both directions. This was done when the Tamarack opened so both directions could access the Tamarack as well as the service plaza.
