Nilgiri Tole Development Organization was formed in April 9, 2007 (2063/12/26 B.S.) under the "Local Self Governance Act, 1999" of Nepal Government. The Tole Development Organization covers approximately 86 house hold and 526 people. The Coverage area of the organization 2 KM long South-North and width 1 K.M. East-West. The Bypass Road runs along the tole. In Bharatpur municipality ward no . -11 Shikhar path Chitwan Nepal. The crucial and public concerned offices are very close to this tole or in another word they are across the Bypass Road. Though the Tole has been recently dense populated, many elites have emigrated over here.
