The city of Solothurn (German; French: Soleure, Italian: Soletta) is the capital of the Canton of Solothurn in Switzerland. The city also comprises the only municipality of the district of the same name. Solothurn counts about 15'000 Inhabitants and is called one of most beautiful citys in Switzerland considering his oldtown, containing buildings from the 16th and 17th century.
