IBB is fully equipped with latest and modern class-rooms fully illuminated, spacious well equipped with audio-visual aids comprising of Over Head Projectors etc.. The campus of the institute is open to natural light, ventilation and all the necessities of breathing freely in a healthy environment have been taken care of while constructing the institute building. Laboratories of all the subjects concerned have been provided with the most modern and latest equipments where experimental work is sure to be pleasant and enjoying, thus we can say that the institute encompasses "State of the Art Labs".
IBB as per the Campus Planning is bound to emerge as a College at apex with as many as over a dozen courses of study providing opportunity to all fields of students.

There are many colleges in this town and in the vicinage with certain courses having resemblance but many courses are quite new in this college and even in Hadoti area there is no educational campus imparting education in these subjects. Notwithstanding the above Physiotherapy which is incorporated as course of study under affiliation with the most renowned University of Rajasthan, is a subject based on which the IBB cherishes the pride of being a pioneering agency for this particular achievement.
