The newest french high school in the CEPEO, Gisele-Lalonde opened in 2001 and has many programs available to it's students, including the IB program and specializations in Health as well as Environment. It also has solar panels and a wind turbine in an effort to be green. Coming in spring of 2012 it will have a greenhouse classroom for biology classes. These projects are created by the maisonneuve family and the Projet Karyne.
