Includes the processes of electric desalting (EDS) of oil, atmospheric tubing (AT), vacuum tubing (VT) and secondary distillation and stabilization of gasoline.
The design capacity of raw materials is 6 million tons per year.

The products produced are fuel gas, liquefied gas, straight-run gasoline fractions, straight-run diesel fuel fractions, vacuum gasoil and tar. In the process of heat utilization additional water steam is produced.

The plant is built according to the standard project called ELOU-AVT-6 (6 being capacity). At other refineries it is referred to as ELOU-AVT-6, but at the Omsk Refinery the name was taken and the unit was named AVT-10. The facility has been deeply reconstructed — the second vacuum column can be seen.
