Residential area w/ more than 25 houses w/ 3 bedrooms or more, most of which are owned and a small fraction rented. This oasis contains a common pool, small bamboo forest, 2 tennis courts, a bungalow, a play ground and lots of room where kids can play. Neighbors are considered family. The location is right at the outskirts of the city and 10 minutes from the main airport.
