A vintage pioneer low income neighborhood estate built by the city council to house its hardworking junior clerical employees. It is also a place where Kenya's first Vice President, the late J. Oginga Odinga first lived during the struggle for independence in the early 1950s. He still maintains his modest apartment in the estate, despite his prestige!!
