Inside it is very ornate, making use of marble, tiles, and muted glass to let in the sunlight. There are also display cases containing military uniforms. Above the entrance to the columbarium there is a marble plaque that is incribed with the words, "WHERE VALOR PROUDLY SLEEPS."
