Office Block, originally built in 1982 for the Clydesdale Bank, who still operate a branch on the ground floor but have vacated the rest of the building. The GMB Union has its Scottish headquarters here, and is the building's biggest tenant.

The building's distinctive mustard coloured cladding is the other visual clue of its original owner - this was the corporate colours of the Clydesdale Bank in the early 1980s.
