Quinns Rocks is an outer coastal suburb of Perth, Western Australia, located 38 kilometres north of Perth's central business district. It is part of the City of Wanneroo local government area.

Blessed with a beautiful coastline, and with many vantage points and linear parks, Quinns Rocks also boasts one of the oldest Returned Servicemen's League sub-branches, and hosts a well-attended Anzac Day Memorial Service each year. The proximity of Quinns Rocks to the Perth commuter rail line and to the Freeway means that travel to Mandurah at the southern end of the greater Perth area takes approximately 90 minutes. Suburbs to the north of Quinns Rocks are developing very rapidly, and the sense of Quinns Rocks as being at the outer fringe of the urban spread has all but vanished.
