Nice hotel with bar, restaurant and wonderful staff. One of the smallest hotels in the vicinity, therefore a slightly more personal feel. Easy walk to Shinagawa Station, places to eat, have coffee. Shops in the train station. Not an exciting or particularly interesting area, but check out the small, peaceful Kozan Shrine on Daichi-Keihin Street, across from the train station.
