The owner inherited his home from his father S.Bashirul Hasan,S.D.M. who built this house in 1932, two years before Bihar catastrophic earthquake of 1934. The owner breathed his last on 25 March'2002. He is survived by a widow wife and five married children. This house is neighboured by the residence of a prominent leader Dr.Monazir Hasan, former minister in state and currently MP(JD-U),LokSabha from Begusarai.
