Research on medical genetics, tumor biology, medical radiation science, clinical genetics, clinical pathology, clinical immunology and molecular geriatrics are all housed in the Rudbeck Laboratory. The research is to a large extent basic in nature, but also translational or clinical. The research areas are mainly, cancer, monogenic and polygenic genetic diseases, Alzheimer´s disease, diabetes and amyloidosis.
