The first "deluxe" hotel of Bursa.
The oldest part which was constructed in mid-thirties is still operational together with the second -more modern- wing which entered into service in early fifties.
There is a new part being built since some 15 or more years (as of 2007), offering much bigger usable areas. The construction can not be completed due to financial problems.
The fact is that the New Celik Palas Hotel is too big to be completed and to be operated.
