  • it is known fact, about the functions of DGMS,DMS,but let it be known to everyone, the DMS over here, comes to inspect, and while inspecting, he asks the poor labourers to bring mangoes, lemon, jack fruit, thus complimenting himself, that instead of money ,may the fruits be given to him in return. ensuring himself that he is not corrupt.
