The East stand is known for the K-stand fans, but most of these have started to go to the Stretford End. It can also be called the 'forecourt' as it's a popular meeting place for fans. The famous Sir Matt Busby statue, as well as the Munich Clock are located outside the East stand, plus the Megastore fits under the stand.

It can also be an interesting atmosphere, as it is right next to the away end, which is in the south-east. During European games, the away fans are normally on the top tier. Another name for it is the scoreboard end, because there used to be a massive scoreboard until the late 60s. Nowadays there are four of them on each corner of each stand.
