  • This is where I worked as the Officer-in-charge from 1994 to 2004. It is a centre of the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Mumbai, and was set up in 1986. Then Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Shri. Digvijay Singh, visited this centre during the Crystal Jubilee celebrations in June 1991. Had a great time working here!
  • A correction - the Crystal Jubillee celebration of this Observatory was held in June 2001, and not June 1991!
