  • Never visit the Jai Chittor Hast Kala Kendra...totally fraud shop. Items are charged here 3 times. You can get much cheaper in Udaipur city and offcourse with better quality and variety.
  • Recently I visited Haskala shop and they have cheated us badly because our guide repeatedly asked us to see the shop. Later we came to know that guide has his commission from the shop and they charged us 3-4 times. The same item we got from Mount Abu Hastkala the same shop in cheaper with same quality and variety. When we contacted Chittorgarh shop they were not able to satisfy us and told that they have parcelled the items and we have to afford that. Moreover they said that all money goes for a cause. I do not know which cause will be fulfilled if they cheat people like this. To whom we approach for this kindly let me know. Ragini
  • wish to update, try not to visit Rajasthan Hastkala Kendra as they are totally fraud. i have ordered something 1 month back and still waiting for the dispatch. now they said the ordered item got a hike in rate so couldn't dispatch. they are totally fraud and there is nothing called 'Customer Satisfaction' neither in terms of the products nor in terms of personnel behavior.
