This museum contains historic engines, firefighting equipment and extensive records and documents. Firefighting activity is documented here from the eighteenth century onwards. You can equipment from the nineteenth century, and a working petrol driven pump from 1924. There is an engine here built in 1928 along with several from the nineteenth century. Former fireman maintain the vehicles and equipment, and lead visitors on guided tours.
