Saint Remaclus Church (Verviers)

The beginning of its building dates from 1834. It will be finished and inaugurated four years later. This church replaces the ancient church of Verviers which was located on the place of the Market. Broadly financed by the family of Biolley, this new church is established during a period of big economic prosperity after the wars of the Republic and Empire.
