Lighthouse Kolka

Lighthouse's height is 21 m. It is situated on a man-made island which is made of rocks. The tower is red and the roof of it is coloured in black. Light is situated at the height of 20 meters asl. The light is in white colour (sequency of the light 1s on, 1s off, 1s on, 7s off). The light is seen about 10 sea miles. Lighthouse is working all year at the days dark time. In 2003 Latvian post published a postmark with a picture of Kolkas lighthouse on it.
