When I was there it was not covered. Back then it had one road with gun posts on opp. sides armed with the usual LMG 7.62mm. Infantry was armed with either th R4 5.56 mm or the R1 7.62 mm.

  • Spent many long nights pushing beat here,'89-90 watching Untag over the road with their corvettes etc, "getting to know the PB's", rather too intimately for my liking!
  • Intersting Dave...I was not aware that Untag was there in 89. I do know they made lots of money. I had a chance to join Executive Outcomes several yrs after my discharge, but declined since I did not and could never point my rifle in the direction of a Unita soldier. I am sure you know what I mean. They have been loyal allies from the start, and I have a tremendous amount of respect for them.
